Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of software plugins and related services provided by Addnetic ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using any Addnetic product, you agree to these Terms.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased plugin(s) on the number of sites specified by your subscription tier. This license is valid for the duration of your active subscription.

  • Personal: 1 production site.
  • Business: Up to 5 production sites.
  • Agency: Unlimited production sites.

Staging, development, and local environments do not count toward your site limit.

3. Subscription and Billing

All subscriptions are billed annually through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription from your account dashboard or Stripe customer portal.

Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Updates and Support

An active subscription entitles you to all plugin updates and email support for the duration of the subscription period. When your subscription expires:

  • Your plugins continue to function as-is.
  • You lose access to new updates and support.
  • You can renew at any time to restore access.

5. All Access Bundle

The All Access subscription grants a license to all current and future Addnetic plugins for the duration of the subscription. The same site limits apply based on your tier.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugins or any portion of their source code.
  • Share your license key with third parties outside your organization.
  • Use the plugins on more sites than your subscription tier allows.
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices in the plugins.

8. Limitation of Liability

Addnetic plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using and delete all copies of our plugins.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes via email. Continued use of our products after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
