Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Visit our support page and open a ticket.
- Include the email address associated with your purchase.
- We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
After the Refund
- Your license will be deactivated immediately.
- You will lose access to plugin updates and support.
- Your plugins will continue to function but will no longer receive updates.
Renewals
Subscription renewals are not automatically refundable. If you do not wish to renew, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your account dashboard or Stripe customer portal. If you missed the renewal and would like a refund, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
